Terry Wayland
President
President of Property Counselors Management Group, has an exemplary reputation within the multi-family industry with over 20 years of real estate management experience. Terry has managed PCMG, for more than a decade. Through his leadership, PCMG has become southwest Florida's largest 3rd party provider of multi-family services for apartments, condominiums and home owners associations.
Terry holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license, Community Association Management License, certifications for Tax Credit Compliance, Fair Housing Compliance, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LHTC), State Apartment Loan Incentive (SAIL), and the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. During his career, he has served on several industry boards and committees, including:

Lisa Dailey
Senior Vice President
Mrs. Dailey serves as Senior Vice President for Property Counselors Management Group. She brings more than 16 years of hands-on multifamily experience in new business development, capital expenditure management, property repositioning, aggressive marketing strategies, personnel management, contract negotiation, extensive market knowledge, and business to business sales. She has written and conducted leasing, sales, operations, and customer service seminars for various management companies. A graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, with BA degrees in Journalism and Political Science, Mrs. Dailey has been active in property management in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.
Prior to joining PCMG, she was VP of Business Development for Franklin Street Management Services. Additionally, she owned and operated a small boutique real estate brokerage, with a focus on single-family sales and property management. She is experienced in the due diligence, valuation, and operations of multi-family assets.
Before starting her real estate brokerage, Mrs. Dailey managed on-site apartment operations for 7 years, and then spent 10 years with two nationally recognized multifamily advertising corporations. As publisher, she increased revenues to unprecedented levels, and provided marketing solutions to communities in the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets. She was awarded the National Leadership Award from Network Communications, Inc. in recognition of her ability to drive success in challenging situations.
She has served on planning committees for the Florida Apartment Association, the Bay Area Apartment Association, the Greater Orlando Apartment Association, and served as a Board Member for the Florida State University Advisory Board for the Property Management Curriculum. Brenda Bruni
Controller
Prior to joining PCMG Brenda was Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Resort Management Group. Her responsibilities included staff supervision of Accounting, IT and Human Resources. She put together financial Statements for a 342 room full service condo/hotel, and 22 homeowners associations and also was responsible for installing new accounting and reservation software. Instrumental in increasing bottom line profits over 20 % each year.
A graduate of Warren National University with a BS in Finance, Brenda brings with her over 20 years in the property management business, including timeshare resort management for Gold Point Lodging and Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado, where she was their Controller for 7 years. She was in charge of Accounting, Human Resources and Contract Processing for sales exceeding 23 million dollars.
At PCMG, Brenda leads a team of full time professional accountants overseeing all of PCMG's financial and banking requirements.

Kevin Ingledue
Vice President of Operations
Kevin serves as Regional Vice President. He is responsible for overseeing operations for PCMG's communities in Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Fort Myers and the east coast Kevin brings over 22 years of property management experience in successful management of multi-family assets, condominium sales and association management. During his career Kevin has served as a Property Manager, Marketing Director, Training Director, Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations. He has developed many long term relationships with third party property owners and earned their loyalty through successful communication and project management. He has a proven track record of strong leadership, budget and expense management, successful new construction lease- up, off campus student housing, repositioning distressed assets, reverting condominium conversions and personnel management. Kevin possesses extensive market knowledge throughout widespread areas. He also possesses strong marketing, analytical and forecasting skills.
Prior to joining PCMG, he worked for one of the nation's largest property management companies as Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations. Kasey Stilson
Regional Property Manager
Kasey is a dedicated, dependable, loyal employee that handles pressure in all situations. Association Management department skills including but not limited to overseeing all operations of large homeowner associations and condo associations. Able to create budgets and decrease expenses with auditing bills and contracts. Data base set up, billing, extremely organized, excellent communication between BOD and owners.
She oversees all operations of Homeowners Associations and Condo Associations and sets up properties for software Property Boss. Kasey is an expert at decreasing budgets after auditing, billing and contracting phases. She excess's at quality care of owners needs and BOD delegations and has great working relationships with Developer BOD as well as Homeowner BOD.

Jennifer Kennedy
Regional Manager
Jennifer serves as Regional Property Manager. She is responsible for overseeing all property operations for PCMG's communities in the Fort Myers/Naples Area. Jennifer has been with PCMG for more than six years and has succeeded in a variety of capacities including Property Manager and Technology/Operations Specialist. Specific areas of expertise for her include technology, social marketing, fiscal management and property marketing.
Jennifer has successfully overseen lease ups, multi-million dollar interior and exterior renovations, and property repositioning. Jennifer has also been instrumental in creating software training manuals, operational processes, and employee training programs. Jennifer is very active in the Southwest Florida Apartment Association and is currently a member of the Board of Directors.

Jennifer Egan
Regional Manager
Jennifer serves as Regional Property Manager. She is responsible for overseeing operations for PCMG's communities in the Tampa Bay, Sarasota/Bradenton and Orlando markets. Her industry experience spans more than 20 years including new construction lease ups, outside marketing, and real estate sales.
Prior to joining PCMG, Jennifer was a managing partner for a real estate brokerage firm in Pinellas County, FL. In that role she was a top sales producer of residential real estate and development in excess of $62MM. Additionally, Jennifer began her multi-family career as a new construction, sales and marketing representative with Post Properties and then moved into a account executive position with a leading multifamily advertising medium.
Jennifer is a dynamic negotiator, effective leader and driven to prove results. Her consultative approach allows her to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that result in increased performance of her properties.
She holds a current Florida Real Estate License and has an Advertising and Marketing degree from the State University of New York.

Whittney Huffman
Regional Manager
Whitney serves as Regional Property Manager. She is responsible for overseeing operations for PCMG's communities in the Tampa Bay Area, and comes to PCMG with a lifetime of property management experience. Growing up in the business and working alongside her father, Whitney has a strong passion from Property Management and has always known it was her calling. She has experience in Association Management and multi-family projects. Whitney has served as a Covenants Coordinator, evaluating a community with 4,200+ single family homes, Assistant Regional Manager, and a Regional Manager overseeing 900+ units. Whitney possesses strong leadership and management skills, and has proven success with budget management, property repositioning, and marketing in tough areas.
Prior to joining PCMG, she worked for her family's business as a Regional Manager based in Kansas City. She was focused in the niche market of HUD subsidized properties. Whitney is a Certified Occupancy Specialist© and has extensive training in Section 8 and Tax Credit project management. She has worked with both project based and voucher based assets. Whitney has managed assets in Kansas, Missouri, and Wyoming and has a strong understanding of regional influences on purchase and occupancy. Whitney has been a Member of both IREM Chapter 65 and 15, and is currently an IREM CPM© Candidate.

Jeff Alford
Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Jeff serves as Regional Maintenance Director for Property Counselors Management Group. He brings over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling, business management, maintenance repair operations, personnel management, asset protection, operation streamlining and personnel training. He is extremely organized, and is a creative problem solver due to years of exposure to various fields. He has established many industry relationships through years of successful business interaction, and possesses strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Prior to joining PCMG, Jeff was an Acoustical Ceiling Engineer, both for a contracting company doing new construction, and on a volunteer basis for a non-profit organization, and has worked as a site foreman in volunteer hurricane disaster relief. For several years, he operated his own business as a custom cabinet maker, and later became a lead custom cabinet installer for a construction company. He was a manager for a large showroom retailer, where he received extensive training in personnel management, budget control, asset protection and safety.
